  First, know this commentary is totally unsolicited. In today's world of surley customer service, it is great to send the following.
  
  Travis Prince was absolutely terrific assisting me to transition to my new iPhone from my older Sprint phone. Travis was very well informed about the product and could not have been nicer. It is refreshing to deal with such a customer centric individual. He is an excellent representative of Sprint.

  Again, this commentary is totally unsolicited.
  I returned to the Sprint store in New Hartford, NY because I had several questions regarding my new iPhone.
  
  Both times I visited this location, Zajaya was very patient and knowledgeable about my new iPhone. She took her time and with a smile, answered all of my questions and took care of all of my concerns and did do with a smile.
  
  We are very happy with the service of these two young people who are exemplary in their service to their customers
